Easy Peasy

This week's challenge at Art Impressions is a Quick and Simple card.  Well, I have the number one "easy peasy" card for you - Art Impressions Pop Up cards.  All you have to do is punch the images out and then pop them up with foam tape.  Art Impressions no longer sells these on their website, but I was fortunate enough to purchase them at their Warehouse sale last November.  (By the way, what a blast that was!)  These sheet sets came in several different styles to pick from so, yes, I bought them all.   Makes for the simplest card and so darn cute!  Even came with sentiments to pop up!  Can it get any easier than this?

This past weekend, I was pressed for time to make a birthday card for a friend, so I reached into my supply of Pop Up sheets and created this card.  At the birthday celebration, my friends all said "This is your best card yet".  Goes to show you that sometimes the simplest card can be the favorite.  So, I ask, why do I struggle for hours trying to create a card when some friends love the easy peasy ones?  πŸ˜‚

Guess the point is - sometimes simple is best!

Summer Fun

Today I'm featuring the Art Impressions Beach Booty stamp set.  Unfortunately, this stamp set is discontinued, but I use it all the time.  It just screams summer fun!!  Her expression is the best and her booty even wobbles.  Who could ask for more?  πŸ˜‚

Hope you are enjoying your summer thus far!  There's still a little bit left so go have fun and make sure to spend some time crafting!

Cards for Kindness

Art Impressions has joined Scrapbook.Com in their Cards for Kindness event this month.  For the Art Impressions challenge, they have asked all those, that are interested, to create and submit 10 cards for this event.  What a fun and great way to provide a smile for those in need!

For this challenge, I used the Art Impressions Elephant Twist Ties stamp set.  I LOVE this set!  The elephants are so darn cute and make you smile just from their adorable face.  They are intended to twist together to close the card, but for the current challenge, I separated them and used them individually.  What fun I had in creating these.

I hope you enjoy my cards and they bring a smile and inspiration to your day!
Have a happy day and stay safe and healthy!
